<li><strong>Eat Smartly</strong>. American Heart Association and other health organizations, and publish guidelines for sensible diets that promote heart health. Get a copy of your site or ask your doctor to recommend the diet for you. Normally, you should try to limit consumption of red meat, maybe a few oz once or twice a week. Cook the chicken and fish dishes in the pot instead of, and experiment with vegetable recipes to try new and interesting options. Do not forget to raw vegetables with low fat dressing and fresh fruit for desserts or snacks.</li>
