    Great tips, I think switching to frozen yogurts and other alternatives is a great way to loose weight and still enjoy your favorite things to eat. The taste difference isn’t too noticeable, and if you can stick to it for a long enough time it will turn to habit and become second nature.

    Hey thanks for sharing these tips. As someone who has the biggest sweet tooth on earth, its very difficult for me to control my binges. But yes, I am working on controlling myself esp when it comes to ice cream. I’ve also switched to frozen yogurt but once in a while I do indulge in the real kinda ice cream made with real dairy milk :)

    Wow! Yummy food like ice cream is irresistible.
    I love ice creams.. hahaha =) This foods are no doubt delicious and tempting. One of the food that can gain your weight. But for me, even if you are on a diet, you could still enjoy eating this food. Just make sure that you are not in too much already. Watching your diet is very important. .=) Enjoy eating ice cream!! I like the picture of ice cream above.. craving! haha..=).
